from £215 to £335 per room
for bed and breakfast
Our normal requirement is for a minimum 2 night stay, unless we have a gap between bookings or for late availability.
Single night reservations, if available, are subject to a £25 supplement.

BOOKING TERMS
Prices are per room per night for bed and breakfast, based on two adults sharing.
We require valid credit or debit card details to secure the booking (Visa or Mastercard).
Check in is between 4 and 6pm. Check out is by 10.30am.
Please ask if you need to arrange alternative times and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Greystones is a place of tranquillity and relaxation. For the comfort of all our guests, we do not take children or pets.
We are non-smoking throughout the house and grounds.
We close over the winter, including Christmas and New Year.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to make the following charges:
29 days or more before arrival No charge
15 to 28 days before arrival 50% of total booking
14 days or less or failure to arrive 100% of total booking
We recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance to cover cancellation or curtailment of your booking.
ACCESSIBILITY
Greystones is located on a hill, a short but steep walk up from the town centre. There is a local taxi service should you not wish to walk up or down the hill (contact Etive Taxis 01631 566880).
The main entrance to Greystones is up a flight of 12 stone steps from the car park.
We have one room on the ground floor of the house, our Garden King room, with a spacious en-suite bathroom (shower over bath). Mobility grab rails are available on request. This room is on the same level as the dining room.
Our other rooms are on the first floor of the house, up 24 steps with a handrail to one side of the stair. There is a half landing with a seat.
